Refund Policy

1.Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made within seven working days from booking.

 

2.Requests for a refund or cancellations from 31-0 days prior to an event will result in no refund.

 

3.Requests for a refund or cancellations over 31 days prior to an event will only be refunded at 50%; this is to cover our administration and deposit charges to our host locations.

 

4.No refunds are made for clients that do not turn up to the event.

 

 

5.All Tickets and bookings are non-transferable without written consent from Serious Paranormal Investigations any tickets that are resold without written consent will be invalid and refused. ID or proof of payment may be asked for on arrival at the event.

 

6.We would be grateful if you could contact us as soon as possible if you are not going to be able to attend an event which you have booked, if you find on the day of the event that you are unable to attend please call us on the number confirmed in your email so we will then know not to wait for you and we can notify our staff.

 

7.Attendance is expected 30 minutes before the event start time, if you arrive later you may be locked out so please contact us if you are going to be late.
